Former U.S. President gather in the Oval Office to congratulate ObamaA visibly relived Jimmy Carter gave Barrack Hussein Obama the official "Worst U.S. President Title" at the White house today.
"It is with great honor that I accept this title," said Obama.
The former worst President, Jimmy Carter held on to the title for over 30 years. "You have manage to do in year what took me about four years," Carter told Obama. "Unemployment is high and not likely go down anytime soon. Iran is again pawning the U.S and making us look weak and ineffectual. You have created debts and burdens on the American tax-payer that we couldn't have imagined back in the 1970's".
"You earned it," added former President George W. Bush.
